Donors acknowledge and agree that the Board of Directors of Bushlife Conservancy retains absolute discretion over the use of donated funds, provided such funds are used in support of our charitable purpose of protecting African wildlife in its native habitat.  Donors may not place restrictions on the uses to which specific donations will be put, though they may request that funds be dedicated to a specific purpose or project and Bushlife Conservancy will try to honor those requests, provided, however that any funds donated pursuant to a restriction request will be assessed a 5% administrative fee. If no restriction is requested, it will be assumed that donated funds are intended for general, unrestricted use. Bushlife Conservancy currently spends approximately 96% of all funds raised on program services.
